After 10 years of persistence and repeated demonstration experiments, BETTER COVER finally successfully broke through the clear open dia 900mm.

Generally, products with clear open dia at 600mm and below are very mature. When trying to develop a large size in the early stage, it developed smoothly from 600MM to 650MM, but when developing 800MM, it was found that the actual process of developing the mold was more difficult than the theoretical realization.

The manhole cover with clear open dia>300MM in the industry, the test block is 250MM, the middle force is 400KN, and the support force on both sides is greater than the middle force value.

We spent 5 years repeatedly testing the force of the manhole cover, and found that the smaller the clear open dia, the less likely the force surface will be crushed. However, as the opening is larger and the supporting surface is larger, the tensile and impact strength requirements of the manhole cover are higher, so we continue to explore the appropriate material formula ratio according to the tensile strength and impact strength of the material, and design and manufacture. After rigorous and complex repeated exploration, we strive to make the most suitable material ratio, and constantly optimize to achieve a balance. For this balance, for this 100MM, we have researched and developed for another 5 years!

Today, BETTER COVER continues to master the R&D and manufacturing technology of ф900MM products, and our products have also been widely used in the market. At present, all large state-owned gas stations in my country use ф900MM products.
