Designed specifically for gas station applications, our SMC/FRP composite manhole covers and frames feature a 100% sealed and waterproof structure, effectively preventing rainwater, wastewater, and debris from entering underground fuel tank areas. A reliable locking system keeps the cover securely in place and prevents displacement. With a D400 load rating (40 tons), the covers are engineered to withstand frequent traffic from passenger cars and heavy trucks, even when vehicles are parked directly on the cover, ensuring excellent safety, durability, and long-term performance.
Easy Maintenance：A Ø350 mm (13.8") inspection access cover is integrated into the center of the main cover. For routine maintenance, there is no need to open the entire manhole cover—simply open the access cover to quickly inspect the chamber, making maintenance easier and more efficient.
